What is the expected shipping time for the continental US ?

On an average it takes around 6 days to get the product delivered in the continental US. Our products are manufactured in different locations across the country, depending on the model. Check the product page for accurate estimates, as shipping times vary by product type or Just email us.

How do I report a problem with my order?

You can report problems with an order by email.

  1. Find order # in your orders page - or from the previous emails received
  2. Write up your problem in detail and attach relevant photos where possible
  3. Send the email to warrioroutfit@airupt.com

Be aware that Warrior Outfit may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
